Claudia CumminsClaudia believes that yoga and meditation can serve as healing balms in our over-stressed, over-caffeinated world. She is committed to sharing the gifts of these ancient practices with those around her. She welcomes the opportunity to teach yoga and meditation to children, teens, adults and senior citizens in both group and private sessions.


Yoga of Contentment:
In this course we'll explore ways to cultivate a life brimming with happiness, wisdom, equanimity and love.  Our tools will be movement, stillness, breath and contemplation.  During our time together we will explore ways of living that cultivate greater contentment and ease in our lives.

The class will meet at Music Moves Studio on January 3, 10, 17 and 24, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.  The fee for the class will be $45. A check sent to 580 Woodland Road, Mansfield, 44906 will secure you a spot in the class.

The session will include handouts and homework (optional, of course!), and, as always, a warm and supportive community. The course will be structured in a way that feels welcoming and accessible to absolute beginners, refreshing to once-upon-a-time students just returning to the practice, and satisfying to seasoned practitioners who have an ongoing practice
